About the role
We are excited to welcome a dedicated Training & Development Lead to our Frankston team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, delivering and continuously improving training programs across Community Care. You will provide high-quality, accessible learning that supports staff capability, service excellence and meets regulatory requirements, while applying best practices in adult learning and ensuring alignment with relevant standards.
Salary: $90,962.92 - $97,875.15 per annum, based on skills and experience plus 12% superannuation (pro-rata for part-time employment)

We are seeking a motivated and experienced training & development lead who is passionate about driving continuous improvements and supporting BSL’s mission.
Key skills and experience

A current Certificate IV in Training and Assessment TAE40122 or equivalent

Relevant qualification in disability sector or demonstrable equivalent and recent training industry experience

Proven experience and/or knowledge in aged and community care programs including Support at Home, HACC – PYY, Support for Carers, and/or community connections
- Well-developed working knowledge of Microsoft Programs including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, other databases, and customer relationship management programs
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and effectively network with a range of stakeholders
- Understanding of and empathy with the values and ideals of the Brotherhood of St Laurence
