We’re looking for a professional Giving Senior Manager with relevant experience who wants to join our team on a permanent full-time basis, working 38 hours per week based in Fitzroy. 

THE ROLE

The Giving Senior Manager is a key part of BSL's fundraising team with responsibility for leading individual giving, donor care, donor communications and events, and data and analytics.

  • Lead the team responsible for individual giving, donor care, events, and data and analytics, maximising team engagement and performance, to meet targets and contribute to the achievement of BSL’s strategy.
  • Apply knowledge and experience of fundraising best practice to identify, develop and execute activities to meet targets and increase support for BSL's vision.
  • Demonstrate a proactive commitment to quality and continuous improvement.
  • Lead administration processes, reporting and continuous improvement activities to support effective execution of activities.

To be considered for the role and be successful in it, we’re looking for someone who has the following key skills and experiences:

  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in fundraising, business, marketing or similar field.
  • An experienced people manager with relevant senior leadership experience in fundraising focused on individual giving, donor care and operational management.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
  • Highly-developed administration, computer skills and competency in Microsoft Program and fundraising databases.
