We’re looking for a professional Strategic Partnerships Senior Manager with relevant experience who wants to join our team of 1500 employees and 1000 volunteers to make a difference on a permanent full-time basis, working 38 hours per week, based in Fitzroy.

THE ROLE

The Strategic Partnerships Senior Manager is a key part of BSL's fundraising team with responsibility for leading relationships with trusts, foundations and corporate partners.

Responsibilities include:

  • Leading and growing the trust and foundations and corporate partnerships channels, maximising team engagement and performance, to meet targets and drive impact.
  • Applying knowledge and senior level experience of the philanthropic and corporate sectors to identify and develop opportunities to increase support for BSL's vision and purpose, with a focus on exceptional stakeholder engagement and management.
  • Developing compelling cases for support and managing funding applications, proposals, reporting and communications.

To be considered for the role and be successful in it, we’re looking for someone who has the following key skills and experiences:

  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in fundraising, business, marketing or similar field.
  • Senior management experience in fundraising or strategic partnerships with a focus on relationships with trusts, foundations and corporate partners.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management, communication and interpersonal skills, with high level public presentation, submissions and report writing experience.
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
  • Highly-developed administration, computer skills and competency in Microsoft Program and fundraising databases.
