Saver Plus Coordinator – Saving Coach
At Brotherhood of St. Laurence (BSL), we are seeking a passionate Saver Plus Coordinator to join our dedicated Saver Plus Delivery team.

Job Type: Permanent Full-Time working 38 hours per week
Salary: $90,962.92 - $97,875.15 per annum, based on skills and experience plus 12% superannuation. (pro-rata for part-time employment)

About the role
The Saver Plus Coordinator supports Saver Plus participants to establish a regular savings habit, build their financial knowledge and skills, and work towards educational goals for themselves or their children.
The role is responsible for engaging with prospective participants by contacting program leads in a timely manner, assessing eligibility in line with program guidelines, and encouraging suitable applicants to join the program. The coordinator works closely with participants to complete applications, facilitate enrolment, and provide ongoing support throughout their Saver Plus journey.
This includes delivering participant support, maintaining regular communication, monitoring progress, and helping participants stay engaged and on track to achieve their savings and education goals.

- Well-developed organisational and time management skills with the ability to plan workload, prioritise and meet deadlines, including maintaining accurate records in a timely manner
- Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build effective relationships and liaise across all levels both internally, externally, and with people from diverse backgrounds
- Proven ability to work remotely and support stakeholders both virtually and digitally with a strong command of digital platforms, programs and practices
- Understanding of the issues associated with social and financial exclusion in Australia and familiarity with programs which seek to address these
